Terms of service

1. Who we are

balticbeauty.eu is operated by UAB BalticBeauty.eu, a private limited company registered in Lithuania under company code 308111404, with its registered office at A. Vienuolio g. 4-2, 01102 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"). Contact: support@balticbeauty.eu. These terms apply to every visit and order on balticbeauty.eu. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Who can buy

Our products are sold to consumers aged 18 or over for personal use, for delivery to the countries listed in our Shipping policy.

3. Products

Our products are cosmetic products for external use on the skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Always read the label, patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment providers (including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna where offered). We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Your order and our contract

After you order, we send an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and countries are described in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.

7. Returns, withdrawal and guarantee

Your 14-day right of withdrawal, our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to return faulty items are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods under EU and Lithuanian consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and bundle offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, can't be combined.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on our website and marketing. We publish reviews regardless of rating, but we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

11. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

Please contact support@balticbeauty.eu first. If we can't resolve a complaint, you may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country or of Lithuania.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
