Shipping policy
All orders ship from Vilnius, Lithuania, with DPD. Orders over €100 ship free.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 16:00 Vilnius time (EET/EEST), Monday to Friday, leave the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, at weekends or on Lithuanian public holidays leave the next business day. You'll receive a DPD tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times are business days after dispatch and are DPD's usual times, not a guarantee.

We don't currently ship outside these countries. The total shown at checkout is the final price, with no customs duties or extra fees within the EU.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, email support@balticbeauty.eu with your order number. We open an investigation with DPD and reship lost or damaged orders at no cost. See our Refund policy for details.
Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to DPD we can't always redirect it, but we'll try with DPD.
