Questions

Partner FAQ

Who can join?

Anyone with an audience that cares about skincare: creators on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, bloggers, estheticians, salons and skin clinics. There is no minimum follower count.

How much do I earn?

A flat 20% of the order value after discounts, excluding shipping. For example, a €49,99 order earns you €10,00 and a 'Buy 3, get 1 free' order (€149,97) earns you €29,99.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are confirmed once the order's 30-day return window has passed, and paid out monthly. Payout options are shown in your partner dashboard.

How are sales tracked?

Through your personal link and your own discount code. A customer who uses either one is credited to you, even if they buy a few days after clicking.

Do I need to mark my posts as ads?

Yes. EU consumer law requires you to clearly label paid partnerships, for example with #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label. You also can't promise medical results: describe how the serum feels and looks on your skin.

Can I buy through my own link?

No, self-purchases don't earn commission. Your discount code is meant for your audience.
